intense crying!!

On the night of thanksgiving I went to a party to chill with friends who I haven't seen in a long time (about a year). During the party I had alot of booze and also got pretty high smoking weed.
Once I felt the effects kick in I felt good, good enough to drink even more, good enough to start playing a drinking game called hockey, where you spin a coin and someone else tries to flick it towards a can, owner of the can has to drink.
Then all of a sudden during the game I start crying, my friends tell me I cried for two whole hours nonstop.
Did you know.. that crying is a side effect of alcohol and booze?! I did not feel sad when I started crying. This has happened before, but now it just feels normal somehow. But, I think after the first hour of crying I started to feel really fucking pissed off at myself for not being able to control myself, so I cried even harder... hahaha lol
The next morning I woke up with some really fucked up eyes and a cracked cellphone case, which I i remember throwing against the ground during my intense crying.
Now every time I look at my cellphone I am reminded of the intense crying that I did while drunk and high.
It wasn't a bad trip, I really did have fun.

dude. i don't think crying is a side-effect of booze.
you were probably crying for a reason. people cry because they are sad or just got sprayed with mace, there is no middle ground.

Then the next day I tried to be on my best behavior, and I tried as hard as I could to act as if nothing happened.
Its pretty intense, fighting a losing battle against tears. But of course I lost, ended up looking like a cry baby.
hm.. tears of joy.. for a whole hour?? HAHAHA wow, i wouldn't want to be That happy.

I agree. Pent-up shit from years ago can come bubbling out at the strangest times. I had a brief period when I was miserable and didn't know it until I busted out like the OP. Although 2 hours seems pretty excessive. Dude has some issues that need to be sorted out. I have no clue what they are, but they're obviously there.

This happens to me on booze too. I don't know why, I have good experiences with everything else.
Some people get happy when drunk. Others start to cry. I cry and get pissed, which makes me a sad, angry drunk. Weird.

I've done that a couple of times in life. The last time had me crying for hours. The couple of weeks that followed are a fractured blur in which I went ape shit insane. I only survived without killing myself or others thanks to a large network of really good friends. I even had a mild stroke along the way. Lost all use of my writing hand from the wrist down and took nearly 2 months to regain complete use.
Like already said. Crying usually comes from somewhere.

Pseudobulbar affect is a condition characterized by episodes of uncontrollable laughing and/or crying that may be inappropriate or unrelated to the situation at hand. The condition is known by many other terms, including involuntary emotional expression disorder, emotional lability, emotional incontinence, emotional discontrol, excessive emotionalism, uncontrollable laughing and/or crying, and pathological laughing and/or crying.
that reminds me of the video where they stimulated certain parts of a womens brain and she would laugh and cry uncontrollably.
sounds kinda funny, to be laughing at random times, but i bet it gets old fast for the people who have it

in the midst of my mental comosion, i arrived at the parking lot because we were all leaving, a friend tried to shake my hand to say goodbye but i didn't take it, i didn't really know what was going on, he then said "shake my hand" or something, and still i didnt.
everyone saw this, and when he turned around to go into his car, i flipped him the bird up high.
-commence cellphone slamming-
i don't think i should apologize, i didn't mean anything by it

i don't recall crying over it.

well, i ended up apologizing to the guy, altho partly i didn't want to because if i dragged the situation from that night on it would make it look more important than it was.
i hope i didn't freak anyone out at that party.
would you have been freaked out if you saw that happen?
