I've been on my 40 Lb bag of WBS for about 6 months now. I think I've done about 60 1 quart jars so far, and I swear I haven't put a dent in it yet!

How much weight would that put on the stove?  Thinking about my stove, I'd be scared it would break.

I fit about 4 large bags into a 23qt presto. I also make sure to put some extra lift under the bags so I can have more water without it coming more then an 1/8 inch up my bags

I do 3.5 hour runs though..... I would assume since the oven runs on 240v you be ok... worse case you blow a fuse.

Only thing I run into while running two PCers is my counter of the stove gets very warm

Yes, it's safe, as long as you're smart enough!

If you're going to run 4 pressure cookers at once, make sure you WATCH THEM carefully. Since they're not electronically controlled, you have to control the heat to get the right pressure without letting all your steam escape. Different burners (especially of differing sizes) will have variation on how much heat they generate, so don't expect to put them all on medium and have them all set perfectly - you'll have to tweak and adjust to get them all cooking right.

Also, your kitchen is going to be one hot mother....
