I love to play with those big ass bicycle reflectors that you can get at walmart. The ones where it has like 5 settings where it stays on, or blinks, or blinks faster and faster. I love leaving it on where the light stays and when your moving it, the tracers are amazing.

I have a light similar to the one in that picture, but it is shaped more like a mushroom. I know what you mean when you say it makes you feel like you're spinning... I especially feel like that after I've smoked some pot and look at the lights spinning around on my walls. It almost feels like your on a spinny ride at a fair or amusement park!

I also have a strobe light, which can be EXTREMELY fascinating while on certain substances. My friends and I used to get together in my dorm room, smoke, and then have "strobe light time" where we would try all sorts of different things with the strobe light. I tried turning it on while tripping once though, and it was a little to scary for me...

Strobe lights are especially cool with bubbles... I made a post about that a while ago in fact

I also like blacklights... I mean the big kind that really give everything in your room a different glow. After smoking pot one night with some friends, we noticed that the blacklight gave us TWO shadows... one was normal and the other was a strange shade of yellow... Almost like a heavenly aura or glow! It was definitely weird.

Lights are cool, but I definitely prefer them for smoking pot; not shrooms. For some reason cool lights just bother me when I'm tripping... I'd rather just have darkness and maybe a candle

the flickering light of a flame, be it a candle or a bonfire, is amazing to me. the fire dances as if it is alive. of course, one must remember that no matter how high you are, fire is real. fire is hot. fire burns. i've gotten blisters on my legs and my belly just from dancing to close to the bonfire for to long.

on a clear night the stars are quite amazing as well.

but if it's toys you're after, glowsticks are neat. they come in a kaliedescope of colors now (not just green). you can tie them to the ends of long strings and spin them the way a firedancer does with flaming kettles (have you seen this while tripping? AMAZING!). or you can cut the glowsticks open and pour and sprinkle the glowing liquid all over yourself and friends. its nontoxic, totally harmless except that it might stain your clothing.
last time i tripped, someone had a frisbee with a cool strobing red light in it. very fun to watch. talk about tracers. MAN!

Light stix are non-toxic but.....

Have you ever chewed through one of those little ones....YUK!
That is the worst bitter-numbing flava ever....escpecially if you chewed up a roll prior .... It brings it all back.

Ehh, don't most glowsticks have a little glass vial that you break to activate it? Rubbing glowing green goop over yourself sounds like fun, but I'll pass on the glass shards.
