Using HydroHut as FC

Hello all,
It's been quite a long time since my last/first grow. I had the opportunity to play around with the PFtek which was a good deal of fun. And due to some housing related circumstances I wasn't able to continue on with my new hobby. Times have changed, generously so for myself and I now have the space (and the money) to experiment with some bulk teks I've fantasized about for a long time. I've spent the last 6 months reading everything I could find here on the Shroomery and have gotten my plan pretty well figured out.
Now on to the details, for my grow space I have a garage/storage type space. My predicament is that it's quite dirty, and since some of the space in it is still needed for storage I can't just clean everything out, sterilize the whole thing, and seal everything off.
Which brings me to my idea. Some of you who cultivate the cheba may know of these grow tents. The brand name sort available are called Hydrohuts. As can be found here: http://www.hydrohuts.com/products.html (among other places)
The larger one which I'm looking at is about 4.5ft by 9ft. They're completely sealed and have ports for air exchange. They're also completely light proof. I'll have room for about 5 shelves which will be plenty. For humidity/temp I can just throw a humidifier and a heater, possibly hooked up to a climate control panel in. To keep the whole FAE thing clean I'll just throw some filter boxes on the fans.
And finally to my question: Does anyone see any reason why this would be less than ideal? Sort of an over-sized martha that I'd be able to keep heated in the winter, since the area gets cold.
I'll be knocking up several bags of rye and WBS (to compare them side by side) with some LC. Spawning those to coir in 15qt. sweater boxes and casing with peat. From all my reading, that seems to be a decent way to go about things. I thought about H/Poo, but it's not available to me and I'd rather not order it pre-pasteurized due to the cost.
Either way, sorry about the length of the post, I tend to ramble. But I do appreciate anyone who took the time to read it and share their opinion.
Thanks

Looks expensive. I've spent maybe $150 for everything I have including spores. And I'm happy.

Yes, they're a couple hundred bucks, but money isn't really a factor for me with this project.
My first grow was under $150 too, but I'm in the mood to step it up seeing how I have the resources.

Well then Hydrohut away! Heck, if you can control all your environs you're halfway there. Now you just need some myc.?

Yeah, some myc would be nice. I haven't found a single post about anyone using a hydrohut on this entire site, which made me a bit suspicious since they seemed like such ideal environments to me. Just making sure there's not some really obvious flaw in the design that would backfire on me that I just am too blind to see.

a hydrohut can be essentially used as a Martha if you want.

Thats funny, I was thinkin about growin some medicinal mary jane and stumbled across these on a different website. After i decided not to grow the herb for a bunch of reasons and turn my sights to shroomies I thought about using one of those hydrohuts. I guess your gonna beat me to it. The Martha is cheaper though. And there are teks on the Martha to refer to. But if your an innovator, then by all means hydrohut away.

Well thanks for your replies, looks like I'll continue on with my plan. I'm very excited, I'll make sure to get a log going when I have all my supplies together so those who are interested can see if it's successful.
