Tea time

I made up some tea tonight from a couple of spent coir bulk subs I had... brought a pot of water to a 15 minute boil, lowered it to medium/high (slight boil) waited five minutes and dropped it down to medium/low (simmer)

added my broken up spent colonized coir blocks and let them simmer for 10 minutes, filtered through a coffee filter into a 1 litre jar. poored myself a coffee cup 3/4 of the way full, added sugar and drank.

The trip was mild at best, gave me some slight visuals (wavy textures) and made me feel opiated. Wasn't bad for something I was going to throw out. :smile:

Tastes like ass, but you could buffer it up to make it taste like anything, grapes, blue berries, straw berries.... Just to much effort when all I wanted to do was test the potency. I'm sure two cups would put someone into a intense trip. 3/4 cup did me good.

People have made tea out of spent mycelium for hundreds of years, but I doubt there's only been a few to use hpoo tea... Scat free since 84 :smile:
