I wash my hair daily in the shower but other than the shampoo for my hair I don't use any soap or anything.  No need, I don't smell as long as I've had water running over me.  And I can't remember the last time a bar of soap has even been in my shower.  But if I miss just one day of shampooing my hair it gets real greasy and sticks to my head and feels nasty but when I shampoo it it's light and fuzzy and feels good

But I do put on deodorant after I shower, so people around me who aren't too fond of BO don't have to smell it.

I have to agree I don't use bar soap. Just shampoo and some face wash. I used to use body wash but I ran out and am too lazy to go buy more. Anyways I shower once a day sometimes twice if I go to the gym. The longest I can go without a shower is a day because I hate laying in bed feeling all dirty and then waking up like that.

Oh hells yeah I gotta have my showers daily.

The best shower was at my Dads old house they had a big glass enclosed one with a timed steam bath built in and a little bench. Man after two percocets and a few beers I'd walk out of that thing feeling like I had just been reborn.

Odd threads lately.  Not Showering?  Wearing the same pants for weeks on end?  Is the planet in that much trouble?

I have to say, this thread made me lol pretty heartily when I saw it.

But after thinking it over, I sortof agree with you. I shower once every other day, and it seems to work just fine for me. Some days my hair gets really ratty, and I'll wash it every day.

But sometimes I go 3 days (shower on the third). Thanks guys, you made me feel a lot better about my hygiene. Lol. I mean, its OK if you are the only one that has to smell you, but if you are having any type of oral sex...WASH. Thats what keeps ME going anyway.

Edit: I would like to add that once I start wearing my favorite shorts, its hard for me to take them off. I wear them longer than I should, but if I even THINK they smell gross I change them.

I read the first page or two of this thread not realizing how old it was.  Then I saw a post from reeferaddict69 and got all excited...then realized it was from 10 months ago

I didn't shower for a week once some years ago, now I'm an every day or every other day person, and the occasional weekend skip. I got a huge welt that week, and it went away after a vigerous washing. If you have access to a bath and don't bath, like this girl at our school and everyone talks about her, because it's nasty(her hair looks like a black person's, and she is white, it's that bad, I've seen it almost normal a few times, like two or three ever), especially since we have nice shower stalls at our new school. It's differant if you are a hippie on the road, but still, steal a bar of soap and clean off in the riverO.o
I'm a bit of a germaphobe now, and that crap picks at my anxiety, when people go weeks without cleaning themselves.
