-------------------- PEACE
zippoz "in times of widespread chaos and confusion, it has been the duty of more advanced human beings - artists, scientists, clowns, and philosophers - to create order. In such times as ours however, when there is too much order, too much m management, too much programming and control, it becomes the duty of superior men and women and women to fling their favorite monkey wrenches into the machinery. To relieve the repression of the human spirit, they must sow doubt and disruption" "People do it every day, they talk to themselves ... they see themselves as they'd like to be, they don't have the courage you have, to just run with it."

I dunno, it's never really come up. Why would you want to do such a thing?

That seems like a good reason, I still don't know what to tell you though since we've never really encountered this question before. It's probably okay as long as you don't go overboard. But really, French? At least learn Chinese or something which will be useful in the years ahead.

Why not open a forum for foreign languages only
Could maybe make subforums for different languages
it's a lot of work I know but it could yield more traffic to the site

But what if the people you're directing the post to don't understand the language you're speaking? Seems kinda presumptious of you, really.

But maybe a non native english speaker needs something explaining in his own language(because his english is awful), and you speak the lingo and can help him.
Would you be able to answer in that language?

No...it's not listed as being against the rules.
It can be a useful tool in the Mush Cult forum...
we get alot of people that struggle with speaking and writing english...
as we get people posting from all over the World.
There has been a few instances when someone has used a foreign language (other than English that is)... in the Mush Cult forum in the past.
and I know for a fact that Anno, RR, myself and several other members have helped people in private messages... in several different languages after they wrote in a language other than English in the Mush Cult forum.
