Help Identifying a wild mushroom

Habitat: Found growing in field of grass near decaying thorn bushes
Gills: Light Brown
Stem: Brown, fragile, hollow, breaking and splitting easily.
Cap: Dark brown when moist, fading to a very light brown straw color as it dries.
Spore print: In Progress ***
Bruising: No noticeable color changes from bruising.
Location: Oregon City, OR

they dont look like cyans to me. so sorry i dont think they are active.
can u do a spore print and post the results? it would help to be sure.

hello chad. your mushrooms are not active or edible, maybe in the genus pluteus but is a wild guess with out a spore print. all my best

Many thanks for the responsive replies. I'm going forward with doing a spore print regardless of knowing they aren't active. I'll be sure to update my post with a picture of the spore print to get advice on whether or not I did it correctly.
I think I'm going to pursue cultivation as opposed to harvesting wild caps n stems .
