Growing in a moldy home

So I used to grow, mostly PF style stuff, had alot of fun. For personal reasons I stopped, but lately have realized the reasons for doing so were, to put it simply, quite stupid. I'd love to start growing again, but the thing is, I recently moved and my new place is, well, it seems mold will grow on anything it's given the opportunity to.
My question is (and I apologize if it turns out I didnt do enough research, I'm extremely pressed for time these days), what can I do to get around this problem, or at least minimize the chances of contams during inoculations and whatnot? Ideally the solution would not involve vast amounts of money or a significant time investment.
Thanks everyone, and once again, sorry if the answer to this is an obvious one that could have been found without a new thread.

First off, build yourself a Glove Box. Do ALL your work inside the glove box. Glove Boxes are so easy and inexpensive to build, I would probably make two. One to do your work in and one to hold your jars, (actually a sterlite tub with a lid will do fine). Use your best sterile procedures you can muster, Ie. Take a bath, use freshly laundered cloth, use a mask, use gloves, cover any vents that are in your work area. Bleach solution everywhere! aust air sanitizer in abundance. And for Gods sake, leave the jars alone after inoculation! Don't peek for about a week.

Your new place must be quite damp, if it is... it might be a good idea to try and fix it, using an industrial dehydrator thingy, that can suck moisture out of walls.
Then wash everything will bleack

check your humidity with one of those 5 dollar hygrometers, if its high, buy a shitload of desiccant for your house. and use those anti mold bathroom cleaners and shit like lysol around the kitchen and bath cielings especially.

High ambient humidity makes it easier to humidify fruiting chambers, its just a pain that molds go crazy in that kinda invirement.
You can also reduce your sporecount in the house by regularly cleaning and making sure that there is no food sources left lying around that moulds can grow on. Leaving food lying about is a big no no, this is usually the first place they start growing. Cups of stale water or any other liquids left lying for a few days are breeding grownds for all sorts too.
Since i started binning left over food right away, the growth of mould in my kitchen stopped. There will still be spores all over the place, but if you dont give them any chance to grow and produce more spores you can keep it low
