storing jars?

can i keep my jars at room temp till i nok them up ? Should i keep them in the fridge going to do it first thing in the morning.... so what yall think?

they have already been sterilized and cooled to room temp......

i think your posing alot of threads without trying to look anything up.


they will be fine at room temp. you should of just kept them in the pc until it cooled. then inoculated them.

I've kept non pressure cooker sterilized (just in a normal pot) up to a week in a closet without innoculating for over a week without any contaminations
