2 san pedro questions

First, if you had the dried inner flesh do you have to make tea, could you just grind it into a powder and put it in Jell-O? Second, if making the tea is a requirment could you just strain out the material, allow the liquid to cool, and then make jell-o using the tea instead of water? Please respond with your thoughts.

Sure, you can powder it and put it into anything you want I guess. I always cut my cacti into 1/2" slices, dry them in the oven, pulverize everything in my coffee bean grinder, and put all the powder into 00 gelcaps. Grinding into powder is my favorite method 'cause nothing goes to waste, and you don't have to bother removing the spines. Everything gets turned into dust.

Basically you can't go wrong with pedro. So long as you are consuming the stuff it doesn't matter if it's jello, tea, salad, powder, gelcaps, etc. etc. If you make the tea, then yes you can throw everything away but you have to make sure that you boiled it long enough to get all the alkaloids out. I recommend mashing the shit up after it has boiled a couple hours to increase the surface area of the material and get a better extraction. When you're all done, toss the shit and drink. You can add anything you want to help the taste it won't hurt it.
