I don't know about you folks but when I'm tripping with my group of friends who are into psychedelics we always like to try and enhance the trip for each other by saying or doing things to completely midfuck the tripper.
Sometimes people will tell a story that makes absolutely no sense at all and the people who are sober will agree with it and pretend that it makes sense. The favorite of ours though has to be complimenting the tripper on the color of their shirt/pants and saying a completely different color then it actually is. Like "hey man thats a really sweet green shirt you got on there" when in actuality its red. Another is we'll talk about an event that hasn't happened yet, like everyone who's not tripping will be discussing who they voted for in yesterday's presidential election when its still a year away ha that one got my friend real good last time.
Keep it mind its all in good fun and we only do this to people who we know can handle themselves, but never if they're in the midst of a bad trip.
So what do you people do when you want to "play" with the trippers head?

 Nothing is more annoying than talking about shit that makes no sense.
However, acting goofy - i.e. pulling pranks like pretending your walking down a set of stairs behind the couch, is always fun.

i like to take my friends for walks and wear camoflage just before dusk. every so often i will lie on the road and disappear, or hug a tree and vanish into the bark, or just sorta kneel in the grass and pull up my shirt, then when they come looking for me, i reappear and say something like "more than meets the eye"
or sometimes i will trace some geometric patterns in the dirt road, like the "tree of life" and then say "look around friend, it's everywhere" and then the pattern runs all across the landscape, covering and defining the texture, size and even location of objects in the visual field.
then when the look and primitive groan of disorenting amazement gushes from their teary dropjawed visage,
i like to bring a mental silence to the amazing grace with something like "and now, you must choose...."
not really sure why, but I'm very at home in tripping situations, I've gone pretty far, so I'm a bit of a wizard when it comes to manipulating the "magic"
most of it is timing, and observation. you cant truly share how an experience is perceived, but you can recreate the peripherals by drawing attention to the subtle constants.
this is how people who trip together often experience the same hallucinations.
i don't even have to trip anymore to be aware of the patterns, i usually spot them BEFORE the tripper whom i am "mindfucking" with. 
i don't like that term by the way, sounds too malevolent, It doesn't give me any sadistic pleasure, but rather makes me feel more understood and closer to people.
I set the stage for the opening act, of the eyes, and the mind.

Slowly drawing out stories...revisiting multiple stories at completely random times...
Keeping things secret until the time is called for.
Telling stories about things and going off on long tangents about how that thing came to be in your possession. Talking about the origins of things.

I thought alot about going apeshit in the middle of a sentence i'm talking and starting to talk in a weird language nobody will ever fucking understand.
Like a crossover of growling / screaming and being fucking possessed by some demon.
I think i would send some people to a bad trip that way, so i'll probably never do it.

I was tripping nuts on white microdot acid, starting to peak, getting lightning bolt explosions through my body and shit with shattering crystal lights in my brain, and my best friend asked me to hold some quarters. So I held them, then he said, 'hey, look at that plane flying over, so I looked up, forgot about the quarters in my hand and he said "OH MY GOD, WHATS THAT IN YOUR HAND???" and I looked down and this purple liquid was dripping through my fingers and i jerked my hand back real fast....
thats the hardest I've been mind fucked by someone when i was tripping.

If you have a strobe light this can be fun.
Turn on the strobe light in a room with a ceiling fan. Leave it at the same setting for a while until everyone in the room gets used to it. Then after a while point out the ceiling fan to everyone and tell them you can control the speed and the direction it spins with your mind. While everyone is staring at the fan, start changing the speed setting of the strobe light while saying you will make the fan go slower or faster or even backwards depending on the speed of the strobe. This will make everyone flip out. I did this a few times and it's fun.
Everyone is like, "how are you doing that?!"
