In a desperate attempt to stop the killing in the middle east, Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat today called for President Bush to step Down and demanded that fresh elections be called to find a new American President.
"Indiscriminate bombing by Bush's supporters of villiages and wedding parties has led to the deaths of countless civillians" said a horrified Arafat. "Bush must now step aside for a leader not tarnished by failure and death.
However, the demands were rejected by Wahington where a spokesman claimed "the American people must choose their own president unless they chose Al Gore, in which case they must have George Bush"

he he...I like. a lot of deaths could be prevented if the U.S. would get their noses out of any countries that have oil or drugs....funny how the U.S. Goverment isn't in any kind of rush to help out countries without any resources that they can exploit...

just curious, what kind of country does not have resources to exploit? Last time I checked labor is still a resource.

Arafat is a terrorist. I thought after 9-11 our agenda was to wipe out terrorists everywhere. We shouldarrest Arafat and keep him in a cage in Cuba if we want to take the agenda of stopping terror seriously.

Yes, labor is a resource. But it's a comparitively cheap resource. And renewable.
Hey, how's the camping going, man? I got the directions, I'll come out sometime. Hopefully before all this herbage is gone...

First of all, YES, there are countries with very limited resources. Do you want an example? Rwanda in the late 1990's. 800,000 people died in less than a year. Where was the great World Police that we now call America then? Why didn't Bill Clinton or the UN do anything? Answer: There is nothing to be gained from helping these poor nations since they suffer from extreme scarcity! So, next time get your facts straight!
On Arafat... Yes, he should be taken out of office. He is nothing but a figure like any other politcian around. He cannot do anything. If a leader can't control his people to follow a cease fire order then he has no right to be in office at all. And it has been proven in the past that either he cannot do anything about the terrorism or he is part of the terrorism that is happening. Apparently, according to a perosnal statement, he isn't part of any terrorist action. And so, it seems that the answer is... He cannot do anything about it!
It cannot be denied that the only solution to this Middle Eastern conflict is the formation of a new Palestinian State. And there is also no question that the only feasable way that this state has any chance to exist is when a powerless leader, like Arafat, be kicked out of office.

I think Bush should be taken out of office...he seems evil.
Just seems like there is a lot more violence in our nation after Bush was elected, dont you think?
I mean, think about another country bombing Los Angles for 6 months, and their reason: "Because we are against Bush". This is what we are doing to Afganistan and any other countries that we are bombing and unaware of.
Killing civilians is not the answer. Makes people hate the United States even more. Everytime I look at GW, he scares me...his eyes tell me everything I need to know.
