hi, ive got some poo today and am wondering when its ready to use, ive put it 15lbs into a pillow case and rinced it for and hour to move the leaching process forward, can i now dry it and follow my tek when fully dry ? or does it need more than ive done ? thanks GD

You didn't say how well aged it was when you brought it home. You should pick up field aged manure, and don't leach it. Simply add gypsum, hydrate, pasteurize and use. RR

Only collect manure that has been in the field for more than a month in the sun and rain. Don't use stable sweepings. If it's green inside, don't use it. RR

Next time look for piles of poo with loads of white patches on them. The patches are firefang and is a friendly bacteria.

Fresh Hpoo works great, you just have to know what to do with it. It's possible to turn fresh Hpoo into a fantastic substrate in less than 30 days. I prefer fresh Hpoo because it is easier to manipulate. I am working on producing a tek on this subject, give me time. I have fresh Hpoo compost available right now, PM me. Myc eats it up like a steak dinner.
