Shroom Finds

Me and my brother went out for a walk today, and found two things which may or may not be of mycological interest. We found one (Very large) white mushroom on which the veil had not yet popped, still perfectly round, and also very warty. Left it where it stood, but crunched the stem with my fingers a bit, will come back tomorrow to see if it bruises. If yes, will take home and investigate further on whether or not it is of any medical or psychedelic interest. Also, while sitting by a lake, we noticed some dog droppings in the grass which had been partially colonized by frosty white myceliae. Is there a higher chance this could be a psychedelic mushroom once it grows?
Thanks =D
May provide photos later on.

carnivore/omnivore feces is not conducive to Psilocybe or Panaeolus species' growth in most cases. You will not likely find psilocybin containing mushrooms growing on any other dung than grain/plant fed animals, such as cows and horses.

melting and cheesing aside, I suspect what you found is either going to be a Chlorophyllum molybdites which is toxic and will make you wish you were dead... or an Amanita species, which will make you wish you were dead, then grant that wish.
