pressure cooker time?

my pc only goes to 10 psi.... should i adjust the time or will that be fine? and if how long should i let it go for ?

I do mine for 45 mins at 10psi works fine.

I wouldn't go less than one hour at 10 psi.
Don't allow the jars to be in the water at all. Find a way to elevate them so only steam touches the jars. Begin counting time when the PSI reaches ten pounds. At the end of 1 hour, shut off the stove, and let it sit for several hours until the pressure slowly drops, and the unit returns to near room temp. Don't do anything to speed up this process.
Be sure to let steam vent for a few minutes before putting the weight on at the start of the cycle. RR

I follow 60 mins @ 15psi or 90 mins @ 10psi which is supposedly the minimum requirement for sterilization..

I read in a tek that 45min at 15psi is recommended, however my friend says he does it for 75min at 15psi just to be safe...
If you've got the time, do it longer. Also, allow 5-6 hours for it to cool down...leaving it overnight is best!
