Wow... I thought today was going to be really mundane, then during a super mundane phone call to my college, I spotted something special when looking in my backyard. I found all this growing in the mulch.

What is this? http://img87.imageshack.us/img87/9675/pb200004ad2.jpg http://img69.imageshack.us/img69/1887/pb200005wv9.jpg
Are these subbs? http://img160.imageshack.us/img160/2420/pb200006yy5.jpg http://img215.imageshack.us/img215/3882/pb200007fn6.jpg http://img216.imageshack.us/img216/8933/pb200009uw1.jpg
Mysterious friends living near the subbs: http://img216.imageshack.us/img216/5774/pb200011zp3.jpg http://img67.imageshack.us/img67/8056/pb200013ai5.jpg

Thanks in advance fo your help. They are printing now. I will try my best to fill out rubrics later and edit them in, but I have a LOT to do today. Especially right now.
btw all of them were on nicely maintained mulch (mixed with cow shit type), and the pans were really heavy by a rock.

Nope, no "paydirt" and no Subbs.
Also, you should never mix your collections together like that.

> Pay dirt:
I see some Psathyrella and other random things there. Nothing you want to eat.
> What is this?
Looks like a Hygrophorous or a closely related genus. Not edible.
> Are these subbs?
No, they are Psathyrella.
> Mysterious friends living near the subbs:
Hard to say, what was the spore print color?
> Super mysterious friends living by the other mysterious friends:
Could be a Collybia.

Oh well.. That's too bad. I'm not too bothered though, as I wouldn't have had a good setting for a long time anyhow. And it was really fun just collecting them all.
The ones I thought were subs seem to be dropping a dark spore print, but it hasn't been long enough to know if it's black yet.
So, before I throw them out, are you guys 100% sure?
Thanks for the help!

100% sure you don't have anything active. The ones you thought were Subbs are Psathyrella not even in the Panaeolus genus.
