They're not hard to grow at all. Be sure and don't put your cultures in the refrigerator for storage. That's how I lost my strain. RR

Yellow and Grew oyster mushrooms fresh (not cooked) have a distinct smell thats very similar to that of cubes, and they ahve that pungent cubish taste, similar but not exactly like it.

Just checked in on this the other day actually. Sporeworks has a culture listed but won't ship until it warms up. Apparently the little guys really don't like the cold.
