water in pasteurized 50/50

Ok so here is the deal.

I mixed gypsum and hydrated lime together in a bowl.
Mixed well.
Added peat and mixed again till it was evenly disturbed.
I then added, moistened verm. and mixed well.
Added water to Field Capacity.
Put in Oven Bag and added to 170 degree water and allowed to reach 160-165 internal temp. for an hour.

When I took it out it looks like water seeped into the bag from the seams I would assume. Is it still usable or do I need to start over? I have everything I need to do it again. Its only the time that I will have lost.

Squeeze out the water. Oven bags are not suitable for mycology because they're made so cheap. Use filter patch bags or jars.
