Shroom Laws

Hi,
i'm planning a bit of a holiday next summer for me and my girlfriend, and i was wondering if there are any countries left that mushrooms are legal in. I had an excellent time in amsterdam this summer, but their shroom laws have recently changed, and i was just wondering if there's anywhere left.
Cheers

Isn't Canada a bit more lenient, not legal but lenient...?

Canada is super lenient with weed, but I know nothing of their shroom laws. Wouldn't want to confuse the two if it isn't the case.
Has the new law in Amsterdam actually passed yet? I know there was a lot of controversy raised over its initial mention.

give me a few months and it will be legal in my apartment. you can come and choose between 3 different types. no worries what so ever. you could even stay and trip if you like.;)

lol thanks for the offer, but a trip to texas isnt exactly what i had planned. i wanted to travel europe, and figured there must be a smallish country hidden away summer where they're still legal. i did a bit of research and it seems you can pick and eat them in Czech republic and somewhere else, but they cannot be sold. and therefore not bought. seems maybe holland was the last country we had.

Tokyo banned them a few years ago.
They've been banning things pretty fast lately.

the problem w/ alot of substance are the UN treaties. I think mushrooms are excluded from these, but I believe psilocybin/cin is not. I believe this is one reason amsterdam can't really make marijuana legal per se, as I believe this is covered under the treaty.
Anyways drugs not covered often are pretended to be for the sake of an excuse why decriminilization cannot happen by sigining countries- like the United states.

Shrooms are still legal in Holland. Have a look at this article:
http://www.procare.nl/index.php?article_id=40
So they remain legal for at least a couple of months.
