Yo, I know some of you might not like this because it's Christian rap, but Christians are always being told they should be more open minded, so I hope it'd be returned as well!
They won a grammy for best christian rap artist, I think. Check 'em out. They're real raw and in your face, very good rhymes

alright i listened to it and it wasn't really my style.
check out atmosphere:

that's some real hip hop from minneapolis.
they have way better songs than what they have up on myspace, but out of that list i would suggest God's Bathroom Floor, Sunshine, and Spaghetti Strapped.. in that order :P
God's Bathroom Floor is from one of their first cd's and the others are all on their new cd.
there's so much awesome stuff in between and these guys put on such an awesome live show i'm a big fan and have been for a while.
it's not christian but i think it blows most other hiphop outta the water. check it out.
they're not trying to be gangsta or something they're not.. seems very real to me. plus the have tons of songs about shrum especially their earlier stuff.. slug (vox) has a song called Funny colors in my mushroom trails..
i uploaded it.. this is like one of the first mixtapes that he was on i think.. really early shit. slug is the second rapper on the track.

Yo I checked em out. It was good, one guy's voice made me think of Ludacris.

One of the songs I listened to sunshine, which was rated by itunes as their most popular song, and it def. sounded like Ludacris, as far as the guy's voice goes. Not all of the songs did.
