Sleeping troubles with LSD?

What do you do whenever you can't sleep whenever you are on the long and slow come-down? I took 3 benadryl last night to get to sleep, and it did the trick just fine. I got plenty of sleep, though my vision was blurry when i woke up, and still isn't the best it could be right now.
Does valerian tea work? Anything that is easy to get. I know anti-anxiety medication and opiates do the trick, but i can't stand either of them.
So what do you do to get to sleep on LSD?

I wait to come down then I go to sleep.

I just time the trip such that I get to bed at a normal time, usually. Either that, or have a free day afterwards so you can sleep all day. Worst case scenario, weed. I don't think resorting to synthetic sleeping pills is necessary.

I always try to wait, but it always takes so long for me. Even when i don't feel it anymore, I'll still can't get to sleep. I have trouble sleeping as it is. =P.
I'm not so much of a weed guy anymore. If you asked me i couldn't tell you why though. I just don't smoke anymore.
EllisDsox, I can't get to sleep after about 11 AM the day after. It's something with my internal clock. I will be awake, but incredibly tired, and then i start to get tired around 7 PM. Believe me, if i could time my trip so i could get to sleep i would, but even if i dose 1-2 hits at 8 AM, i still won't be able to get to sleep at 2 AM when i usually like to hit the hay.
