First of all, those ratings were given to me because of a statement that I made, and do not regret making, about a life and death situation of which I am perfectly well versed to make due to both my childhood experience and current occupation. It would be the equivalent to you being a Heisman trophy winner and current QB coach in the NFL. I knew in advance I was going to piss off a few people who drink whatever kool aid is being served on any given day, but I didn't, and do not care. I help save lives. They talk trash on the internet.
Second, "the older people" or whatever you said has got to go. I'm 30 man. Brady is the stuff, no doubt. I hadn't watched a Super Bowl in 10+ years back in '02, but on my daughter's birthday (Feb 3) I insisted we get home because I had a feeling about Belichek's Pat's. I wanted to puke when the Bears passed up Moss for.....well for some guy that's probably out of the league at this point. I dig Brady, the Pat's and what they're doing, but to say what you said about him and then GIVE MICHIGAN CREDIT for it is off base.
Although, I will say I admire your enthusiasm. Seriously. I feel like James Earl Jones in "Field of Dreams" when Ray drops him off after the game. "I wish I had your passion Justin. Misguided though it may be, it is still a passion. I used to feel that way about things. Now....poof!!!"
It's my old age I suppose
Be good guys.

Beat Penn st, Illinois. Loyd's not that bad. Can't blame the coach for your team dropping passes and scoring 3 pts. it's mostly up to the players on gameday. At least you guys won't embarrasss the big 10 in the NC game again, only the rose bowl. Boring game to watch. I was planning on talking tons of shit to OSU jewunit and distured on here. after your earlier posts doubting mi could win the big 10.and bragging about a 4 loss prediction after an 0-2 start. Hart still has a good chance at winning the helmsman. season Manningham, hart, will both do good in the NFL henne might. depends. And lets not forget we currently produced the greatest QB the nfl has ever seen. Loyd will likely retire we can get a young coach and get back to beating you like the old days back when flordia actually had teams that din't suck. On to B ball GO Spartans.
Any fan of Michigan or Ohio State understands what happens in any game outside of THE game doesn't fucking matter, and a whole season can be redeemed by just that game. So no, I'm not hanging my head at all.

Are you sad because you might actually have decent competition?

Wouldn't you want good competition? A rivalry without competition is fucking weak. When the Gators had Zook it wasn't as much fun beating them. Just the same when we had Jeff Bowden I'm sure it wasn't quite as satisfying the beat the Noles.

Thanks fucking Christ he's leaving. He's a good man, but not being able to beat OSU won't cut it.

I wonder what it would be like to live in a state where your team was competitive? Ever. I mean, ever.
I was at ASU when we went to the Rose Bowl in '96 and came within a hair of a possible national title, but that was a mercenary experience.
OSU/Michigan, either way, you all are spoiled because you EXPECT to be in the mix.
If my home state team (whom I never have, nor ever will follow) has a .500 record and ends up at the Yummy Smelling Poo-Poo Kitty Litter Bowl in Long Beach, the whole state is falling to it's knees.
It's a good fight to have
