I guess so. I've seen some photos similar online, but not usually so bizarre looking.
I find Bolbitius all the time, but this is my first encounter with this species.

Cool...I like the craters. Never seen a bolbitius like that before. Usually they have an even surface. You've got a knack for finding mutants!!!

It's really cool looking. I always thought a pellicle was a net-like structure going over top of the cap. Can is also be part of the cap? It appears that way from the pictures.

i wish you took picture of that pellicle and how that wrinkled reticulate scrobiculate cap look after you remove it ..

A pellicle is a seperable, gelatinous membrane of the pileus of the mushroom cap.

I wish I'd thought of that!!! I was only thinking to preserve the specimen, but next time I will be sure to demonstrate the pellicle.
