How do you store your dried fruits?

Wouldn't jars build condensation and maybe create moldy fruits?

all fruits are thoroughly dehydrated, preferably through rapidly-moving air (a fan, a countertop dehydrator, etc.) because desiccants can impart a bitter taste on the dried fruits.

then, once "cracker dry" they can be stored in any medium, although for long term storage, you'd be well off to use an "oxygen absorber" (not silica gel) in the container with it.

Keep in mind that inoculating or whatever in front of a flow hood won't help your bad substrate, your bad inoculant, your bad sterile procedure, etc. etc. etc. It's not a +3 flowhood of magic, it's just a tool.

Try the Anubis technique as described here:

I've used this technique and my powdered mushrooms were still very potent after 3 years.
