As stated in "Psilocybin Mushroom Handbook" The term Biological Efficiency referes to the percentage of yeild you will have if using X amount of substrate. Cubes are rated at the least 100% efficiency with yeilds of professional setups achieving over 200%. This means for example, if you used 100 grams of substrate (BRF) you will get back 100 grams of fresh mushrooms. which you should know that when completely dried will result in about 10 grams. Just as comparison I've NEVER had 10% dried weight mushrooms, more like 15-25.
So YOUR yeild will depend on the size of your jars and moreover the amount of BRF you can fit into six jars. you did keep all your measurements right?

IME 4-8Grams dry per 1/2 pint cake dunked and rolled. Results will always vary.

Now when you report a yield based on the biological efficiency of the mycelium's assimilation of the substrate... does that mean a total yield, like over all the flushes? (I assume it does, I just want to be sure I understand.) Thanks for the great info!
