growing pot without the use of fertilizer

hey everybody, my buddy was asking me a question about growing marijuana and what fertilizer he should use. I told him that i wouldn't use any, but if he did use miracle grow at the veg stage than stop when it starts to flower. But just wanted to make sure from all you experts or people that know but this stuff

ok before Somebody i knew was using grass clippings.(they did well) and then miracle grow they did show signs of burns and shit in it maybe thats why!! i never did check the ph of the soil. i know its really good for tomato plants though. ill check into the organic stuff i know you can buy it in the garden centers around here but Ive always used miracle grow cause i dont need to go to the store its just here for me to use. thanks for the help!

compost. its easy. get a bucket, add organic materials, put lime in and some dirt, add water, put in sunlight or warm, dark place. makes good fertilizer for anything.

Compost works great. I like organic tea solutions made from compost. If you don't want to make your own, advance nutrients makes some good compost tea's.

thanks i think the bean one would do well!!! the organic compost sounds good to! ill use diff types and see what works best now its time to play the waiting game 4 spring!
