Planning to eventually recrystalize, should I do a wash?

I have recently just started a small level DMT extraction to which I will follow it up with more identical small level extractions (new at this and i dont want to mess it up by trying something outside skill level and need practice anyway) I was hoping to do add a wash to the end of this (i assume you can adapt the end wash to any tek you are doing as its scalable but part of a different tek). after several extractions I would like to recrystalize this full amount, but have heard conflicting reports about wether a wash is necessary if you plan to recrystalize. anyone have any suggestions or experience at this? I would think it wouldnt hurt but could be redundant. Then again if it yields significantly high quality dwugs then I feel its totally worth it.

don't wash if you're going to recrystalize.
ill never do a wash again, somehow I ended up losing over a gram from doing the wash.
but I don't think its necessary at all, recrystalize and you should end up with fairly white or completely white spice. if not, recrystalize again and you're good to go

I kind of like the yellow-orange waxy stuff that you get from just evaporating. That's the stuff I got ahold of years ago from a dealer no less! He was charging sixty bucks a dose!
I really want to get ahold of this guy and GIVE him a dose for free, just to prove a point. What a douche, he would drive to california and pick up acid for cheap, then sell it here in the midwest for ten bucks a hit.

Thanks Divinity, oh hey REOspeeddealer, at least you have heard of someone who actually sells it. Its sort of an elite drug in a sense. I wouldnt care too much and plan to try the first batch without even a wash but after I get that batch I want to try doing a lot of small batches and then recrystalizing them for a fat stash of yummy high quality dwugs. Anyone else have differing results from Divinity or can concur with his findings?

no wash needed if you are going to dissolve it again and grow it out. The impurities wont dissolve in your solvent, they will remain behind.
