Music Brainwashing

I was driving home on a this glorious spring-like day humming a tune, then I started singing the words from a radio jingle I don't even remember hearing (think happy & upbeat with an a capella mixed-gender chorus):
Death and in-injury la-a-awyers, Oh, yeah! De-e-eath and injury lawyerrrrs Wo-a-wo-ah!
De-e-e-ath and In-in-jur-eee!
Hmmmmmm!
Made me want to snap my fingers and put a big smile on my face.

And you didn't even crash your car into someone. That was the subliminal message, you now. Good for you transcending cheap advertising!
Great post, by the way.

no offense but is this really advanced philosophy?

that was an awesome response. But my real point was that an aware mind notices a lot of the cycles and signs in life. I do this all the time and i dont consider myself an advanced philosopher. But then again maybe i should.

Yeah man... psychedelics and philosophy go together like peanut butter and jelly... but they create a unique type of philosophy... one that is almost entirely full of shit.
The discussions can get repetitive and boring... but the search is fascinating.

One eight hundred, five eight eight, two three hundred.... Emmmm-PIRE....!
F'n commercials....
Music has it's emotional brainwashing influences in movies as well.... And/or, music doesn't need a visual component nor a verbal message to be emotionally influencing (classical music for instance).... But, that is for entertainment, and we pay for it, and we like it, so it is all good.....
Music, one of the oldest man made drugs....
