HI IS IT OK TO USE A LARGE POT INSTEAD OF A PRESSURE COOKER TO STERILIZE JARS IF I USE A VERMICULITE RESIVOIR IN THE MIDDLE OF MY RICE CAKES TO BE ABLE TO PROVIDE MOISTURE.

Yes, it is prefectly fine to use steam sterilization with verm/brf jars. I did it for awhile with alot of sucess.

hey rustdog, there is this thing called the alphabet, and in it are these things called letters....groups of letters make words......groups of words maske sentances......groups of these sentances make paragraphs.....kinda get the picture? anyway, when you put all these together you get an easy way of distributing information that we humans have created, its real easy--you should try it, its called reading. im sure any first grade teacher can help you out if you are having trouble. try this new interesting break through out on the faqs.....
