what happenes if there isint enough water in your cakes?????

What happenes if there is not enough water in your cakes???? I think i didnt put enough water in my cakes when i did the mixture i made sure that only that i barelery got a droup of water to drop when i squzzed it.

depends on how dry they are. if there a little dry than they take longer to colonize if really dry than they may stall.good luck.

sterile water from a sterile syringe. i think it would increase your chance for contaminates quite a bit.

in my experience dryer mixes colonize faster but can cause problems when fruiting ie cakes dehydrating after first flush which can be told by bruising blue in which case let them rest after the first flush and then dunk for 24 hours even a little longer then roll in verm let sit in the fc for a few hours then use a fine mister to dampen verm which helps keep them hydrated
i would not inject water into your cakes at this stage having said that it would be a good learning curve if you did at some point, but for now i would personally leave them :thumbup:

Which means it's too wet. No water should squeeze out of BRF mix, no matter how hard you squeeze. Follow the recipe next time.
