A few questions on fruituing

Some background info. Using PF Tek cakes with GT strain. All cakes were put in fruiting chamber a week after full colonization. All existing pins are getting larger by the day and new pins are springing up. Cakes were dunked and rolled but even though there are growing pins the myc hasn't taken over the verm completely.
First of all is it possible to mist too much water into the fruiting chamber? Secondly is tobacco smoke bad to have around the chamber. And finally when I made the chamber I didn't have a drill so I poked holes into the Tupperware. The holes are quite a bit larger than what you would get with a drill so I made less holes.

why do you have holes in your fruiting chamber? the mycellium will not grow nearly as quickly now that they have been removed from the vegetative state and are being fruited so dont expect that vermiculite you rolled them in to get overgrown any time soon!

Because thats what RR's video gave direction to do. With out the holes proper gas exchange wouldn't happen. Nor would the perlite be able to perform humidification. At any rate if anyone has answers to my three questions it would be greatly appreciated.

As long as after you mist you fan vigorously so no water droplets stay on the shrooms overmisting isn't really a problem.
Also with that shotgun terrarium you should be fine as long as the humidity stays high.

Thanks. For some reason I was unaware of the fanning. Will do from now on. I bought another Tupperware thing. I needed a bigger one anyway. As soon as I figure out how to use my drill I will move my cakes to their new home. Btw a bit off topic but if anyone here has a powercraft drill please enlighten me on how the bloody thing works. Also if someone has any clue on the tobacco smoke thing. I've searched and searched and I can't find anything on it. I can't see it being a problem really. but I know it's bad for growing pot so that's the only reason I wonder. Also temps haven't been as high as they should be. Do you think I'll still get a goos yield and it'll just take longer or am I fucked. I mean I could turn the heat higher it's just not comfortable for me and my girlfriend to have it really warm in here.

Vermiculite is non-nutritious. Mycelium won't even really attempt to colonize it, there's just nothing there for it. It serves the main purpose of making substrate "fluffier" and since it also absorbs a lot of water, it acts as a whole bunch of little mini-reservoirs all throughout your cake.
The holes in your FC are no problem, provided humidity is constant in the 90s or so. Enough perlite should more than do the trick for this. Even with holes, fanning is a good idea. There's no such thing as too much fresh air exchange, as long as you can keep the humidity from dropping too terribly much.
EDIT: You posted right before I did, I guess by a few seconds. People usually fruit at a few degrees cooler than incubation temps, so you should be fine. Room temperature is usually good enough, as long as it's in the 70s or so. Too low and it'll take forever for them to fruit, but otherwise there's not much to worry about.

Temp shouldn't be an issue.
Oh and I smoke in the same room as I grow and never had any problems.

Temps wont be an issue, as its not a pinning trigger.
The holes in your fruiting chamber help provide fresh air and also aid humidity process, but its definatly a good idea to give plenty of fannying as its an important pinning trigger and also helps keep contams away (they like still stale air).
The verm wont colinise, its used as a kind - of casing layer on cackes to help provide moisture, u will want to keep the verm moits, but dont mist if there are any primordia or knotting as this can hurth them.
Once they have devoloped into pins misting is fine.
Sounds like everything is going good so far.
As for the holes, i had the same issua, no drill, my holes are slightly larger and i have less of them, it doesnt seem to be too much of a problem, though i have noticed that sometimes i get a brief dip in humidity at times were it drops to 83
