Cure for munchies and burnout?

So first lets talk about the munchies. Honestly i used to love having the munchies and gobbling down any variety of sweets and salties etc but now when i get high i spend shitloads of money on munchies and usually its like junk food and shit. Do you know of any foods that are cheap and counter the munchies well? Personally i find canned stews and stuff are ok but i'd like some of your opinions.
Secondly burnout. Aside from being a cool racing game for xbox, its a pain in the ass. I hate smoking and then needing to fall asleep, is there anything you guys would take to help counter burnout? Also is there any other chem you can combine with weed to prevent burnout altogether? I have yet to determine for sure if energy drinks help.
Anyways if you folks could provide some suggestions for this it would help me out alot because these 2 things sometimes piss me off so much.

Go to a supermarket and bulk buy chocolate bars for very cheap. Hard boiled sweets, also- just one or two tends to cure my munchies.

Energy drinks seem to help me with burnout, look on the back to see which ones have the most caffeine.

the best way is to buy better weed. I find that good weed for the most part doesn't leave me feeling tired after the high wears off, or during the high. You could also time when you smoke. Strategically make it before dinner or lunch. That way, you aren't eating what you weren't going to eat anyway.
As for energy drinks, I find those don't help me wake up in the least. Sure they have lots of ingredients that are supposed to help, but i never notice anything different in my tiredness. Coffee, and tea is the way to go there IMO.
But the cure of munchies is to eat, and the cure for burn out is sleep. There's not too much science to it. If you get munchies and don't want to spend money, then just don't.

A bowl of spicy chili and rice fills one up and is healthy. Its also good after outside sessions in the winter. You can then have a energy drink such as rockstar burner or one that does not taste like redbull (as they dry out your mouth).

Self control.
If you're not into that, Ramen noodles are a Shroomery favorite.

the munchies are all in your head, once you realize how much eating kills your high you won't want to eat after you smoke. Try to eat and then smoke so you can stay high.

Caffeine is the way to go i couldn't imagine smoking pot without drinking loads of caffeine drink energy drinks/mate tea/green tea/coffee/coke or which ever you prefer (green tea is the most healthy, energy drinks are the most efficient) before, after and during smoking if you're REALLY hungry, eat some slices of brown bread, preferrably with cheese, so you get your carbohydrates and your proteins and drink caffeinated drinks right afterwards it will kill the munchies i almost completely eliminated them this way this doesn't mean, you don't enjoy food anymore you just don't NEED to have it try it out and see how it goes the minor drawback is: you become a caffeine-addict so then you have two addictions interlaced with each other: pot and caffeine and if you drink a lot of caffeine, you will smoke more pot means that, both your caffeine and your THC consumption will drastically increase

to counter the burnout, use stimulants. i prefer caffeine because it's cheap and easily accessible and i don't want to waste amphetamines just to get out of a burn. so i drink some energy drinks, or pop some nodoz/vivarin.
