Is this a viable solution to overcrowding, environmental damage and famine?

So long as it's checked for diseases, and they only make it from people who are already dead, I see no problem with it. Human meat is actually a lot healthier than people think, and I've heard it tastes like pork.

Yum. I think it would also make great fertilizer for the ol garden and not to mention dog food which is getting way too expensive.

I like mine a little less processed than that. Lately, processed meats have been linked to cancer.

Robert Heinlein would agree with you.

2) You can't have an abortion no matter how much you don't want a child.
3) You can't have a certain plant in your possession or you'll get locked up with a rapist and a murderer.

4) We need a smaller, less-intrusive government.

With what peoples diets are today I'm not sure it'd be any healthier than the crappiest factory farm fresh mystery meat we already have.

I've no ethical problem with it, doubtful I'd consume it myself though.

Hence the screening for diseases.

Not easy to screen for Mad people. There would be nothing left to eat.

I would only eat free-range humans who had been humanely treated & never stressed-out.  So, yes, I would still be a vegetarian.
