I can keep my empty fruiting chamber at 76-80% RH..i was thinking maybe once casing and misting goes on itll go up way more? And not worry that its too low empty?

It probably will help...how much im not sure. That depends on the fruiting chamber size and how many casings. I wouldnt rely on it, but with casings it doenst need to be as high execpt for when initiating pins.
Im doing the straw tek and its cased in bin which is the fruting chamber itself. And that definitely has all the humidity it needs.

A casing should provide a good myco-climate for itself. If not a simple misting is all you will need every once in a while.
