This picture we have *cant seem to remember for the life of me what exact strain* its THAI Cal is all i remember [image] [/image] And well this.. has some wispy cobwebbier stuff in the center area. The mycelium for some reason has decided to go dormant and refuse to do anything for the past 4 days.
This one right here is from Nepal. [image] [/image] That right there looks suspicious. I;m almost 100% sure its cobweb but iono. The Nepal hasn't done ANYTHING.. its barely colonizing.. but i don't know how to speed things up.
Any ideas on whats going on? i have 2 40gallon aquarium air pumps hitting those 2 containers and 2 more from a hole in the top. With 2 holes in the bottom that are hepa covered. With my luck its STILL FAE problem.

that second one deff. .looks like cobweb spray it with peroxide .. the first one might be but it wont hurt too much to spray suspect areas with peroxide to kill that possible cobweb.

A buddy of mine gave me the hepa filters and told me what to do with it. Said it was to make sure no contam gets through but allow air (co2) to be released.
Monotub.. I've seen it mentioned a few times but have yet to know exactly What it is. The temp is around 76-80 constantly.
I have 5 syringes comming and with THAT grow i plan to do things according to one of the teks. Read quite a few and will make good use of the syringes.

Essentially it looks like what you have except instead of a hepa filter it's just got a couple of holes filled with polyester fiber filling and no pumps or anything. IMO the hepa filter is overkill just to stop contams - polyfill suffices quite well and allows for FAE if you drill strategic holes (on the sides, some up near the roof, some near the substrate/casing). Monotub is very much so a set it and forget it kinda thing.

Well i have an elbow joint connecting to some tubing that keeps the bugger VERY HUMID! Thats where the air from the air pumps comes from. the Hepa filter squares are rubber banded around the screwed in openings.
Ill increase FAE. Thats for sure but still what do i do about trying get the stalled to grow faster? I sprayed the cobweb with 3% hydrogen peroxide.
Temp still remains about 80-82 degrees
Anything i can add to the craptastic all verm/some mineral layer?
