Purchased bags from Mycopath had a ?

So I bought some filter patch bags. After I pasteurize my hpoo and of course my Rye is fully colonized can I just fill the bags and put some Rye in each bag seal by hand or with one of those sealing machines, set it and forget it?
Or do I have to do something to the bags once they are filled with the pasteurized hpoo before I throw in some colonized Rye?
I saw a tek on here once, I can't find it. I think Jeetered might have put it up.
Any help is appreciated. Also any recommendations as to what I should do to the bags once they are fully colonized? Should I keep them as is or should I case them?
Thanks again.

Does depend on what you plan on doing with it afterward, but I'm not sure what else you'd have to do; combining spawn and substrate, mixing well, and sealing, is all you'll need until fruiting.

Be sure to leave the top part of the bag inflated as much as you can. The plenum of air is very important. RR

Thanks Captain Linger and RR. Captian that's all I plan on doing is making some hpoo substrate and filling the bags.
Using an impulse sealer. Then setting and forgetting.
And RR I will leave some air in the top as you say. Thanks again the both of ya for the advice.

Just mix poo and spawn in the bags... I use 1-6 spawn being 1 and poo being 6 ratio for my mix. You can seal it by hand... Use a stapler and seal it across the whole top.. The bags should already have filters so .. just mix and let incubate at 85 until the bag is FULLY colonized... Once it's all white and colonized... Give it light and 75 degrees and it will work When you paseurize... Do it at night.. it will cool faster in the cool of the night than in the day... Let drain for 6-8 hours.. preferably 6... I have never had a problem with these workings.
