Just a little bit of grey spots on casing

I was curious if these grey spots are bad. You can hardly tel it's grey casing is about to pin. Been cased for about 15 days or so maybe a little less.
Almost all the substrate is colonized. It has those Knots I forgot the name Hyphal or something like that.
Does anyone think my casing is contaminated?
Thanks for any help

Gray is bad, especially if it's obviously a different mycelium than what is forming the hyphal knots. Hit the gray areas with 3% peroxide and if it's Dactylium(cobweb) mycelium, it will melt and disappear on contact. Repeat twice again at 12 hour intervals whether you see the cobweb or not. RR

Thanks RR, should I use a spray bottle or maybe a Qtip.
Or should I just give 2 good sprays to the whole casing?
Thanks again

I had a whole casing get lightly covered... I used cotton balls with peroxide and patted down the whole thing.. Again in 12 hours and I applied another time.. Q-tips work on smaller patches... but once it takes off.. it goes for the whole casing..

no, of course dont soak them, but mycelium readily metabolizes h2o2 into h2o and o2..

The fruits sure don't like the peroxide, and they'll fizz up a bit. They usually recover though, which is better than what happens if they get over ran with cobweb. RR
