Cased rye can produce some monsters. However, his original question was fruiting rye like a pf cake, which hardly ever results in a flush. Adding verm to the rye helps, giving what is sometimes called a rez(reservoir) effect, but casing or spawning to bulk is the preferred method. Let's all try to keep it nice please. Nobody benefits by flaming, especially the new people trying to learn. RR

I was going to recommend some tips on the "rez effect" that does allow u to fruit "grain cakes"
but OH well, it's still not worth the time, spawn it or case it.

PARTY TIME! WOOO!
Oh, and cubensis, take a chill pill. Stop being such a fucking drama queen. RR wasn't being rude, he was answering your question in a calm, collective manner.
Come back when you get some tampons and your period is over.

I agree. RR will never be rude or tell you anything other than the truth. The man has 32 years of experience under his belt. When he says something, you don't have to listen, but then you'll probably find in the end that he was right.
I personally tried fruiting whole brown rice cakes. It did not work. I got mushies, but they were puny and there were few. It was a waste of supplies and time.
