Hey i got a free grow box for philisophers stones and thought id harvest it 2day as it sbeen a few months, and my last shroom grow got infected
It seems to be grown in some sort of grain/rye that mycelium grows on then the truffles grow...
What i wanna know is are these pics the "stones" do they look edible? how much per person/gram? (they are wet)
Will it matter if i accidently eat a bit of the grain or mycelium?

Im plannignon tripping with 2 friedns 2night so i appreciate speedy replys!
Thanks!

They are sclerotia(sp?). Like a hallucinogenic truffle. Certain Psilocybe species will form these before they form mushrooms, if the mushrooms fruit at all. I've heard that they are around 2/3 the potency of cubensis, but I've also heard they are more potent, so you'd have to be your own judge on that one. However, they are also supposed to result in a quite different experience compared to cubensis... I wouldn't know, haven't tried any yet, but I would if I had the chance.
Good Vibes to You!
Edit: I don't think eating any of the grain is going to hurt you none.. as far as eating mycelium... I could be wrong, but I think that is basically what philosophers stone is.

There were WAY stornger than shroomz when considering gram to trip level ratio, we split an ounce and tripped hard all night, my heads not too bad 2day (so far), these were very potent the stones i had b4 i ate a mouthful and had a chilled trip, this was half a mouthfull and very very strong, quite different from shroomz though, they also came on very fast which was weird as i ate them. They are like shroomz concentrated

Definitely strong. I would advise not combining them with a strong juice. Pineapple juice was just too much for me one time and some extreme projectile vomitting happened. I am really interested in sclerotia...

im assuming from your remarks you dont know if they are tampensis or mexicanas? they look to me like tampensis might also explain why they seem so strong. im not sure how they rate potency on tampensis but i know mexicanas are 2/3 the strength of cubes dry but fresh twice as potent do to moisture content.

Yea they don't have as much water content as regular cubes, so if you are comparing wet strengths they are fairly potent, dry weight though i believe a cube would take the lead.
