Myc usually 'fluffs up' when put into fruiting....... is that what you mean??
Post a close up of what you think is contam.

Thats normal. Sometimes when you take a cake out of the jar the very outside layer is not completely colonized because the mycelium couldn't reach it because it was pressed up against the glass. The fuzz is normal during pinning/fruiting.
