Everythings ready for inoculation. Before I do, Question

Hello received my syringes along with 5 LB. grow bags. So I'm ready to inoculate the bags, but want to do it successfully. I will go and buy 70% alcohol today, is air sterilizer really required? I want to do the whole process in the kitchen, washing counter top with "Comet with Bleach Disinfection Cleaner". Will this be enough? Should I wait and vacuum the kitchen tomorrow instead? Suggestions?

I think it is. You want your atmosphere to be as clean as possible. Make sure you hands are very clean(alcohol) and take a shower before. You really don't want to take any risks with a 5lb substrate bag. It was probably pretty pricey. Plus it's your first time, and you want to have your first time be kick ass and contaminant free.

when inoculating you just want to have still air and a minimum amount of bad crap going into your bags. With this in mind you can say close all the windows, sanitize the room (and the bag ports), leave it for a few minutes then walk in and (without breathing all over your work) just like open the syringe, flame the needle, inoculate, then stick it into the other bags and continue. Do it quickly and efficiently.
If anything, vacuuming the kitchen would just kick up the shiz that's on the ground (And vacuums generally like to blow air out of their ass don't they? Not a great thing in this case!)
Bottom foot of air = full of contaminants. Beware!

But before I step out... another quick question, the syringes are 10 ml each, I have 4 of them. B+, GT and one Hawaiian. Should I do whole syringe for one 5 pound bag? If it's an overkill and I could do more bags with one 10ml syringe, then what are the procedures to prevent contams? I was thinking use lighter till the needle is red and wipe it with alcohol, and then inoculate another bag right away - is that right? Also, how much ml's should I use for each bag?
Sorry for all the questions guys, just excited and want it to work

Ignore my last post, was posting while you people posted
Two things I need to know right now is how much syringe ml's to use for 5 LB bags? All? I have 10 ml syringes
And, while I'm inoculating should i keep the needle from touching the subtract or I should stick it in there. or just spray on top?
