casing rehydration
    #7615569 - 11/09/07 02:40 PM (16 years, 2 months ago)

What method does everyone use between flushes for casing rehydration? I can't pull the whole cake out to dunk it, I have it in a 8x12 baking pan and it will definitly come apart, its not soild enough to dunk.

Just fill up the casing pan with water let it sit for a couple hours then pour off the excess water.
