That's really not something you can put a number on. If you had to though, maybe anywhere from 18 to 42 grams.
(On the first flush.)

Affraid not, I have yet to encounter my first birthing, but I have some nearly colonized jars of Amazonians. I've just read through this site for countless hours.

I just had 3 cakes finish there first flush, around 60 grams in total, with 2 rather large shrooms weighing 10 grams each.
as a rough guide, probably 20 grams per cake is a good mark for cakes from multispore.
I have seen them produce much more however.

As stated in "Psilocybin Mushroom Handbook" The term Biological Efficiency referes to the percentage of yeild you will have if using X amount of substrate. Cubes are rated at the least 100% efficiency with yeilds of professional setups achieving over 200%. This means for example, if you used 100 grams of substrate (BRF) you will get back 100 grams of fresh mushrooms. which you should know that when completely dried will result in about 10 grams. Just as comparison I've NEVER had 10% dried weight mushrooms, more like 15-25.
So YOUR yeild will depend on the size of your jars and moreover the amount of BRF you can fit into six jars. you did keep all your measurements right?

i do NOT understand how B+ is getting this reputation as being the be all, end all, consider this:
1. fastest colonizer 2. biggest fruiter 3. most potent 4. most contam resistant 5. most rhizomorphic
this is bullshit,
if that kind of multispore strain existed I would bow down to it.
it doesn't so i'm not even going to try it.

Yeah, I'd have to say that Brazilian has by far been my fastest colonizer and most rhizomorphic. As far as biggest fruits, I hear Orrisa India are some of the best. B+ is still a damn good strain, though. I have some in the incubator right now;). Hey jeetered, want a B+ print when I get some? lol

Lol lots of nubs dont understand that "most" strains of cubensis are almost exactly the same and that the little that they do vary is almost pointless.
