All-Grain Brewing Apparatus

Obviously this site is fond of homebrew rigs...anyone have a homebuilt all-grain setup they'd like to flaunt?
I constructed one from an igloo cooler (4gal, too small), drained by a vinyl (gets mushy with mash heat, compresses) tube perforated with small holes. Didn't anticipate the sheer weight of 14lb of grain, then hydrated...suffice it to say things didn't work out.
I would still like to succeed with an el cheapo concoction. For anyone interested, a good primer on the subject is here:
http://brewingtechniques.com/library/backissues/issue5.4/palmer.html
and
http://cruisenews.net/brewing/infusion/
offers a dizzying array of photos.
Ideas?

Ohh tonight I will take some pictures of my setup when I get home. Mine is a cooler for the mash tun with a cpvc manifold. I use heatsticks for boiling stuff and sometimes a propane burner but it's too cold outside now. Boil pot is a 1/2 barrel sankey keg.

I don't have any pics of the heat sticks on hand. After I am done with some homework one will be taken.
I find it very funny that every one of my hobbies seem to involve a cooler. I used a cooler as a humidor before I built my temp controlled unit. Cooler as a mash tun. And finally a cooler as a grow chamber. I love it.

Since you ask...
Full front view of three-keg brew stand. The framing is angle iron. Each keg has a burner under it. You can see a pump hanging from the frame in this picture. All transfers between kegs are done through the pump with a system of hoses and quick disconnects.

Looking a little bit left of that, you see the two conical plastic fermenters and a bunch of other miscellaneous brew gear. Two more cut-off kegs and a 15 gallon aluminum brewpot. Total volume I can work with = 93 gallons.

Currently I have a batch of popcorn simmering in the boil kettle (leftmost on rack), preparing to make a crapload of spawn bags. Of course, you can't really see in there due to the steam.

Thanks! Unrelated, but I'm exhausted from brewing 4 5-gal batches tonight. I kind've went overboard at the beer store, and I have the carboys to support it. I'll post in another few days, but I'm planning on following roughly your setup.
