Did I over cook my pf cakes?

I have done about 10 batches in my pressure canner so far and this time my jars came out all wet, I am at a new place so I have a new stove and the only way to keep the rocker the canner to go steady was to stand there and change from high to the next lowest setting, is it possible that I cooked the rice in the cakes? I had it going for about 45-50min. I will post a pic as soon as I can figure out how. I have 2 that came out good..can I put them in the fridge for a few days until I have a chance to redo the other ones?

Which is what you DON'T want to do. Ideally, the rocker never rattles, or if it does, only once or twice. You should turn down your stove at the very first rattle, so that you maintain pressure without the weight making any noise. RR

yea i wouldnt even bother wasting a syringe on those wet ones they will never colonize. i used to have that problem alot too until RR told me not to take the rocker off or open the lid or do anything once they were done sterilizing just turn the heat off and walk away. did you take the rocker off or open the lid afterwards? assuming you pc'd them

The jars shoud be elevated entirely out of the water as well. Allow no part of the jar to be in water. If you do, the turbulent, boiling water will splash up and under your foil. RR

this is what they should look like. I didn't tape the holes before pc, just use tyvek or foil.

it looks like you used too much rice flour or too much water to start with.
