how long and what does it take for these things to mature? It is going on 2 weeks now and they are still not full grown

That's quiet a long time... Anyway, I've seen Cyan pins staying pins for more than two weeks and when the weather got a little more moist and the temps raised a little they developed within three days to quiet big fuckers. So I'd suggest to stay patient and be excited about what's gonna come

That's what I've seen as well. Very weather and temperature dependant. When it's cold and dry they can take several weeks to mature or days if it's wet and warm.

Yeah, I've also noticed that saturation has a lot to do with how quickly they mature. I've had to wait two weeks sometimes for cyans to mature, and then came back a week later after some rains, expecting to find half mature specimens, and the pins i left had turned into convoluted wavy monsters!
Dunno about this species though. They're growing next to sprinklers, right? Is it staying moist?

Don't some Conocybes reach maturity in a few hours?

Yup.
Every mushroom is different. We're discussing Psilocybe specifically.

Santa Anna type winds have slowed down pins that I have been watching. Those warm dry winds are like a hair drier. They stopped in their tracks.

yeah.... it seems from what I've noticed, that Cyans grow faster in cold rather than warm climate...

Try covering them with leaves, that helps keep in the moisture.
