Mail Drops

Can anyone explain or direct me to a resource on mail drops, or private mail box companies and the law on them. I have read that the law recently changed about using them, but I want to know more about this subject and need some jumping off points to do my research. Thank you for your help.

Does anyone know of anyone who uses them for legal items like spores, but doesn't want to take chances, what kind of a chance are you taking ordering something like spores?

You could also use mail forwarding services.
example: Package leaves vendor in state A. Arrives in State B. Is forwarded to State C. Forwarded again to state D (your homestate).

May take a while for the package to arrive but the trace investigation would be much harder, possibly hard enough that they wouldn't bother.
