Without making a new topic and I thought it might be relevant:
Any ideas on how to treat the comedown better? I love e but the comedown is bitch. I heard eating fruit is good or something?

i usually just have a fresh fruit juice - carrot apple beetroot orange, eat some egg on toast then hit the

Most likely the feeling like shit part is due to the depletion of vitamins and minerals and the release of serotonin.
Eat some 5-htp the day before, and your serotonin levels should remain intact.
Fruit is good too. Go for citrusy fruits. And nuts.
I believe certain tree nuts naturally contain tryptophan, which your body converts to 5HTP which is then converted to serotonin. Nuts also contain plenty of essential amino and fatty acids.
Basically IMO it just comes down to a vitamin deficiency. Get the proper nutrients in your system and you won't have such a harsh comedown.
Just like the alcohol hangover is mostly due to dehydration.

only had e once myself, like yeah i had a great time and all...but like i dunno i had the feeling that there was something missing from it. guess i was expecting it to be more like mescaline. but does no one else find that the need to drink sorta ruins the buzz? like if you cant get your hands on some water for a lil while and u feel like you're just about to shrivel up from dehydration.

well i couldnt get the e today because the dealer fucked up with something but probably tomorrow any prep advice
