possible bruising?

hey there i was wondering if it would possible for a cake to bruise while its pinning? i see a blue-ish bruise next to some healthy pins?

Thats very possible. Try to not handle your cakes so much or dont spray them directly. The bruising could also be a sign of dryness.

ah.. okkkay scared me shitless today. the pins looks perfectly healthy and its like pinning like mad. i had the humidifier going for 12 hours today it might be that the humidifier is blowing on the cake? or is receiving some directly stream of air?

Its nothing to worry about as long as the cakes don't get extremely bruised. It could be from rough air exchange but you don't really need to worry about it.
